The Client
Wolfe Functional Medicine is a Boulder-based functional medicine practice led by Dr. Ginger Wolfe, DC, DABCI. Strong clinical reputation, a loyal patient base built on trust — and a digital presence that was doing very little of the heavy lifting.
The Problem
When Fresh Mints came on board in January 2026, WFM had a sporadic Instagram presence and almost no activity anywhere else. Content was happening — just not consistently, not strategically, and not at the volume needed to move the needle on new patient inquiries. Discovery calls were running about 5 per month.
